• ・ The 20th Anniversary campaign is applicable to direct bookings made via our official websites: All.Accor.com or Swissotel.com, phone or email.
• ・ Prepaid and Non-Cancellable plans must be booked, including Advanced Saver and Stay Longer Rates, to be eligible in this campaign. Flexible stay plans do not qualify for this campaign.
• ・ Guests availing the eligible rates are automatically enrolled to the 20th Anniversary campaign and will be included in the raffle draw.
• ・ Rates are subject to seasonality and may be subject to change.
• ・ Winners of the 20th Anniversary campaign will be contacted by the hotel using the email addresses registered during the time of booking.
• ・ All prizes will be raffled off via online lottery. Guests are not allowed to choose their prizes. All winners will be subject to verification and decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Raffle.
• ・ The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers or prizes cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
• ・ In the event that the winner is disqualified for any reason, the hotel will award the prize to an alternative winner via online raffle among all remaining eligible entries.
• ・ Upon receipt of the voucher or prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and its respective subsidiaries, affiliate companies, advertising/promotional agencies or partners, as well as the company's employees from and against any claim or cause of action, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to loss or property, arising out of participation in the campaign or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
• ・ Swissôtel Nankai Osaka reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the campaign or any part of it, if any fraud, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the campaign, as determined by the hotel in its sole discretion.
• ・ Upon receipt and acknowledgment of the prize, the winner is deemed to have provided consent to Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and its agents the use of the winners' names, likeness and photograph for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further payment or consideration. The winners' names will be announced publicly unless the winner requests in writing that they wish for their name to be kept private.
• ・ Overnight stay vouchers are valid for use on the winner’s next stay. These cannot be applied on their booked stay eligible for the campaign raffle.
